Do your styles run true to size?

Yes. Every style is fit-tested on sizes XS to XL. If a piece runs small or large we note it on the product page. See our size guide for measurements.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. We ship to all 50 states, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel or amend it if it has not yet been processed.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can view it any time in your account.

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size or color ship free both ways; for refunds, you cover the return postage. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Will I be charged sales tax or customs fees?

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no customs or import fees on US deliveries.
